Senior Manager of Technical Accounting
Job Summary
Leading complex accounting analysis and policy development, the full-time Senior Manager of Technical Accounting will provide authoritative guidance on U.S. GAAP compliance for intricate transactions while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment and implementation of complex accounting standards, including revenue recognition, leases, and consolidation analysis
- Support technical accounting for securitizations and complex capital markets transactions
- Prepare technical accounting memos and collaborate with external auditors on complex accounting issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant technical accounting responsibility
- CPA required; Big Four public accounting experience preferred
- Experience with securitizations, consolidation analysis, and complex financing structures
- Strong command of U.S. GAAP and familiarity with SEC reporting considerations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree preferred
