Job Summary
Leading a team of technical project managers, the full-time Senior Manager of Technical Projects will oversee the execution of complex customer service delivery initiatives, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and stakeholders while managing high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of high-impact customer service delivery projects from design through activation
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and proactively identify risks related to project delivery
- Mentor team members and drive process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in technical project management within telecom or related infrastructure
- Minimum of 3 years of people management or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of fiber network architecture and service delivery processes
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies
