Job Summary
Owning the full training lifecycle for the security organization, the full-time Senior Manager of Technical Training will identify performance gaps, build onboarding paths, and develop frameworks to enhance team effectiveness in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle, including needs analysis, program design, content development, delivery, and outcome measurement
- Develop and maintain onboarding paths to ensure new hires achieve operational readiness efficiently
- Collaborate with SOC and Support Operations Managers to identify performance gaps and create structured learning initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in designing and operating training or enablement programs in a technical domain
- Proven track record of managing or mentoring direct reports and developing talent
- Experience conducting needs analysis and translating operational gaps into structured learning frameworks
- Ability to build measurement systems that connect training programs to performance outcomes
- Familiarity with cybersecurity operations, SOC workflows, or technical support environments
