Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical writers while providing feedback and supporting career development
• Define documentation vision, including tool selection and information architecture, while ensuring integration with the Software Development Life Cycle
• Create and implement documentation strategies that enhance usability and innovation across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• At least 10 years of experience writing technical documentation for software solutions
• At least 4 years of people management experience
• At least 3 years of experience with Markdown and Git
