Senior Manager of Technology

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and delivery of operational tools and technology, the full-time salaried Senior Manager of Technology will oversee order flow governance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational performance across Sales and Care organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing organization focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Own the enterprise Order Flow Operations function, ensuring effective governance over customer order flow from submission through installation
• Drive technology initiatives and manage cross-functional partnerships to improve operational execution and reduce order fallout

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Technology, Business Operations, Telecommunications, or Customer Operations
• Experience leading business technology initiatives and operational transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of operational workflows and order management systems
• Advanced experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Excel
