Job Summary

Leading automation and tooling initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager of Technology Automation will manage project intake, prioritize work, and coordinate execution across delivery teams while driving continuous improvement and measuring business impact in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead scoping and impact analysis to document business impact and technical execution options
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders to define product and technical needs for new initiatives
• Oversee portfolio health and delivery progress, ensuring alignment with business functions and stakeholder consensus

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in project management oversight and cross-functional leadership
• Strong analytical and business process analysis skills
• Proven ability to prioritize and drive results in a technology-focused environment
