Senior Manager of Technology Operations

Job Summary

To drive exceptional service delivery across diverse client portfolios, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Technology Operations will manage operational technology enablement, optimize enterprise-wide workflows, and execute technology transformation initiatives in collaboration with field engineering and program management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational technology workflow strategies to drive digital transformation and optimize workflows across multiple accounts
• Support end-to-end program and project management for technology deployments and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration of technology systems
• Direct operational workflow improvements and manage complex labor environments, ensuring compliance and enhancing field service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in operational technology, facilities management, or engineering program management
• Proven expertise with building automation systems, CMMS, IoT, and complex system integration
• Experience optimizing field operations across large, geographically diverse portfolios, including vendor and compliance management
• Strong program/project management background with financial acumen in budgeting and ROI analysis
• Proficiency in IT/OT security and technology infrastructure management
