Senior Manager of Technology Strategy

Job Summary

Focusing on shaping technology-enabled experiences and product direction, the full-time Senior Manager of Technology Strategy will manage cross-functional partnerships to define and evolve technology strategies, translate business objectives into actionable recommendations, and support the execution of initiatives that enhance customer experiences in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Help define and evolve the technology and product strategy for Allergan Aesthetics initiatives
• Translate business objectives, user needs, and market trends into actionable roadmap recommendations
• Develop business cases and opportunity assessments to support strategic decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or digital transformation, including 3+ years at a top consulting firm preferred
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and turn ambiguous questions into actionable plans
• Strong analytical skills with experience building business cases and making data-informed recommendations
• Proven track record of collaborating across functions and influencing senior stakeholders
