Job Summary

Joining a dynamic People team, the full-time Senior Manager of Total Rewards will manage global compensation, benefits, and equity programs while overseeing the design and execution of key People operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the design and management of global compensation, benefits, and equity programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
  • Oversee the design and rollout of people programs, including performance management and onboarding, while ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Manage annual compensation cycles and prepare compensation committee deliverables for senior leadership
Required qualifications
  • 12-15 years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 10-12 years focused on compensation and total rewards
  • Strong expertise in global compensation, benefits, equity, and job architecture
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to model and present complex data for strategic decisions
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems, preferably Workday, for reporting and process improvements
  • Bachelor's degree and advanced HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MSHR) are a plus
