Job Summary
Leading the design and development of high-quality training programs, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Training Design will create curricula for National and State Trainers, develop continuing education programs for Program Leaders, and ensure training content is engaging and aligned with organizational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain training curricula and materials for trainers across NAMI programs
- Create continuing education programs focused on skill development for Program Leaders
- Lead training design projects from concept through launch, managing priorities and timelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, social work, public health, nonprofit management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5-7 years of experience designing training or learning experiences for adult learners
- Demonstrated experience with train-the-trainer models or facilitator preparation
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and peer-led education models
- Commitment to NAMI's mission and focus on mental health equity and inclusion
