Senior Manager of Transitions

Job Summary

Leading client onboarding and accounting system implementations, the full-time Senior Manager of Transitions will manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets while optimizing cloud accounting platforms and ensuring smooth transitions to ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding from kickoff through transition to recurring service teams
• Implement and optimize cloud accounting platforms and integrate third-party tools
• Review financials to ensure GAAP-compliant and accurate reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 8+ years of accounting or finance experience, including 5+ years in consulting
• Deep GAAP knowledge and experience preparing or reviewing financial statements
• Experience with cloud accounting and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online)
• Ability to train and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
