Senior Manager of Trust & Safety

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of Trust & Safety initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager of Trust & Safety will define trust protocols, develop policies, and build a high-performing team to ensure a safe and reliable marketplace, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define trust standards and develop protocols for identifying and responding to trust-breaching incidents
• Hire and scale a Trust & Safety team responsible for policy enforcement and dispute resolution
• Establish monitoring processes and prepare reports on marketplace trust incidents for leadership

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or related fields, with at least 3 years in program design and implementation
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams focused on dispute resolutions and policy enforcement
• Hands-on experience in designing and scaling dispute resolution processes
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills in high-stakes situations
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; advanced study preferred
