Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation team for deploying VoIP solutions to veterinary practices
Oversee the entire VoIP implementation process and refine workflows for efficiency
Manage team performance, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration for product launches

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in VoIP implementation or technical project management in a SaaS environment
5+ years of experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and network infrastructure
Experience with external vendors and data-informed decision-making
Proven success with Salesforce, Wrike, Monday, Hubspot, or similar software
