Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Omnichannel Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the capability roadmap for patient/prospect engagement within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Translate journey and use case requirements into actionable platform and data needs in collaboration with IT and execution partners
- Lead triage and troubleshooting for platform and campaign issues, ensuring seamless integration and operation of direct-to-consumer capabilities
Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations or omnichannel campaign enablement
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and its components
- Strong understanding of data architecture and privacy compliance frameworks
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a regulated industry
