Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Onboarding Architect to oversee the post-sale experience for mid-to-high-value customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build onboarding strategies and operating procedures for customer engagement
  • Execute onboarding delivery and support customers in configuration and integration processes
  • Conduct training sessions and document best practices for continuous improvement in onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in onboarding, implementation, or technical account management in a SaaS company, with 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience with GTM tech stacks such as Salesforce and HubSpot, advising on best practices
  • Strong technical acumen to guide integration setups and interpret API documentation
  • Hands-on experience designing customer onboarding programs for mid-market to enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure effective onboarding delivery
