Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Onboarding Architect to oversee the post-sale experience for mid-to-high-value customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build onboarding strategies and operating procedures for customer engagement
- Execute onboarding delivery and support customers in configuration and integration processes
- Conduct training sessions and document best practices for continuous improvement in onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in onboarding, implementation, or technical account management in a SaaS company, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with GTM tech stacks such as Salesforce and HubSpot, advising on best practices
- Strong technical acumen to guide integration setups and interpret API documentation
- Hands-on experience designing customer onboarding programs for mid-market to enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure effective onboarding delivery
