Senior Manager, Oncology Learning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, International Learning, Oncology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic partner for assigned brand teams to develop integrated learning plans
• Build relationships with stakeholders to co-create Oncology Learning Materials and lead monthly International Learning sessions
• Measure the impact of learning tactics to ensure value delivery and support execution excellence

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in learning, sales, and marketing or related cross-functional expertise
• Experience in designing curriculums and creating training materials
• Strong collaboration experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of leading-edge learning theories, practices, and technologies
