Senior Manager, Oncology Site Identification

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Site Identification.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of Oncology Elite site network and site relationship development for clinical trials
• Establish and manage relationships with target Elite site partners to support long-term engagement and successful trial execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and strategy for achieving trial goals and timelines

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
• Extensive experience in site identification, feasibility, or clinical operations within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry, particularly in Oncology
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of clinical trial design, recruitment strategies, and global regulatory requirements for site selection
• Proficiency in site identification and feasibility tools, databases, and clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
