Senior Manager, Oncology Site Relationships

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Site Relationships and Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of Oncology Elite site network and site relationship development for clinical trials
• Establish and manage relationships with target Elite site partners to support long-term engagement and trial execution
• Collaborate with clinical operations and project management teams to achieve trial goals and monitor delivery post-award

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
• Experience working at an Oncology Site or Network, with knowledge of challenges when working with CRO partners
• Proven track record in building and managing site relationships with CROs and/or Sponsors
• Understanding of clinical trial design, recruitment strategies, and global regulatory requirements for Oncology clinical trials
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
