Senior Manager, OPERA Cloud

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Senior Manager, Opera Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Support system deployment and manage all aspects of the product lifecycle
• Refine and write acceptance test scenarios, execute testing scripts, and manage defects using JIRA
• Analyze and document business processes, support configuration of OPERA Cloud, and develop change management materials

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field plus 5+ years of hospitality leadership experience or related work experience
• 3+ years of experience with hotel systems such as OPERA, Lightspeed, FSPMS, and/or FOSSE
• Experience working with international teams and supporting global systems is preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong presentation skills and ability to manage changing business priorities
