Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, the remote Senior Manager, Operational Excellence will manage strategic transformation projects, leverage AI and automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic operational transformation initiatives across multiple business functions to improve revenue and customer experience

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Minimum 7 years of experience in operational excellence or business transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience with AI and intelligent automation to improve operational performance
- Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation
