Senior Manager, Operational Strategy

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Operational Strategy will evaluate enablement programs' effectiveness and their impact on field productivity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and their impact on productivity and behavior change
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define success metrics linked to business outcomes and targeted behaviors
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, translating insights into actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or enablement within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
• Proven ability to design and implement measurement frameworks that connect programs to business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and executive-level communication
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, enablement, and operations teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
