Job Summary

Leading a technical delivery team, the full-time Senior Manager Oracle Cloud Services will oversee the integration and sustainability of the Oracle Cloud Fusion platform, managing a team of engineers to deliver technical solutions across various modules while ensuring adherence to modern software engineering practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end technical delivery across Oracle Cloud Fusion modules including HCM, ERP, EPM, and PPM
• Architects and governs solutions for integrations, applications, and reporting while establishing technical standards and design patterns
• Manages and mentors a team of Oracle Cloud engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Deep proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and hands-on experience with HCM Extracts and data loaders
• Practical experience with Visual Builder Studio (VBS) application development and OTBI reporting
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) in a technical capacity across multiple modules
• Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery teams and familiarity with CI/CD tooling
• Oracle Cloud certification(s) in relevant modules or integration tracks is preferred
