Senior Manager, Oracle EPM

Job Summary

Leading the implementation of Core Oracle EPM modules, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Oracle EPM will manage the Unified Financial Systems project, providing training and ongoing support to the Global finance team while acting as the primary finance point of contact for EPM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for Oracle EPM solutions
• Lead implementation of Oracle EPM solutions in collaboration with internal technology and finance teams
• Provide technical leadership to functional and development teams during implementation and support phases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similar discipline
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions
• Extensive background in implementing and managing Oracle EPM/ERP systems, preferably in financial services or payments
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications and integration architectures
• Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and close processes
