Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Lead Oracle Record to Report & Acquire to Retire.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions for RTR and ATR processes
• Serve as a subject-matter expert, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes
• Manage testing and deployment efforts, ensuring quality solutions through comprehensive test plans and user training

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience/certification
• 7+ years of experience in information technology application development and support
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, specifically in RTR and ATR modules
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS modules and leading full-cycle Oracle implementations
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP stack and ability to translate business requirements into technical designs
