Senior Manager, Order Experts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Order Experts to oversee operational processes and performance within the Order Experts team.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into scalable operational processes and own end-to-end order execution performance
• Lead and develop teams through subordinate managers while managing vendor strategy and performance
• Address complex operational issues and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of seven years of experience in telecom, order management, sales support, or operations environments
• At least three years of experience managing managers or leading multi-layered teams
• Experience managing or partnering with outsourced/vendor teams strongly preferred
• Strong experience in cross-functional program or operations management
