Job Summary
Leading end-to-end process and system improvements, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Order to Cash will manage transformation programs across the customer-to-cash lifecycle, focusing on enhancing Salesforce and NetSuite functionalities while partnering with various departments to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead O2C transformation initiatives, including process redesign and system enablement
- Collaborate with Sales Ops and Finance to enhance quote/order quality and reduce billing discrepancies
- Define integration touchpoints between Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring effective error handling and data governance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in process improvement or transformation within Order to Cash operations
- Proven experience with end-to-end O2C processes, including billing and cash application
- Strong program management skills, including stakeholder management and benefits realization
- Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite enhancements and user acceptance testing
