Job Summary

Owning Modo's organic growth strategy, the full-time Senior Manager, Organic Growth will manage SEO, ASO, and emerging AI-driven search initiatives, driving measurable user and revenue growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Modo's organic growth strategy across SEO, ASO, and GEO
• Build and manage the SEO program, including technical foundation, content strategy, and reporting
• Lead the ASO program for iOS and Google Play, optimizing listings for discovery and conversion

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in organic growth with a strong technical SEO background
• Proven track record of improving organic rankings, traffic, and conversion for a brand
• Experience with mobile/ASO and emerging organic surfaces like AI search
• Strong commercial instinct focused on user engagement and revenue growth
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
