Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute organic social strategy across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, and YouTube
• Develop and implement content strategies for AI-generated search results and community engagement
• Manage and develop a direct report while tracking performance metrics and optimizing content for visibility

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of organic social media experience in B2B, B2C, SMB, or martech contexts
• 2-4+ years of people management experience
• Deep fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn strategy and Reddit community engagement
• Experience with YouTube content strategy and optimization for AI search
