Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Talent & Organization Effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of organizational effectiveness strategies to improve business performance
• Partner with senior leaders to assess organizational needs and deliver aligned solutions
• Drive talent management strategies including performance management and employee engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness and strategy development
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with a focus on mentoring diverse teams
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders using data-driven insights
• Expertise in building scalable, tech-enabled solutions for organizational agility
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
