Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Outside Plant (OSP) Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, budgets, schedules, and compliance for OSP construction projects
• Standardize construction practices and align internal and external teams for efficiency
• Provide leadership and mentorship to OSP Construction Managers and Contract Administrators

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of ten years of OSP experience, including splicing and construction
• Minimum of five years of leadership/people management experience
• Experience managing budgets
• Advanced understanding of fiber splicing, installation practices, and the permitting process
