Senior Manager Packaging Compliance

Job Summary

Leading proactive regulatory intelligence and compliance coordination, the full-time Senior Manager Packaging Compliance will monitor global packaging regulations, translate complex requirements into actionable guidelines, and integrate compliance into packaging development processes in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on global packaging regulatory requirements and compliance expectations
• Translate packaging regulations into clear compliance requirements and establish packaging materials compliance standards
• Develop and maintain packaging compliance policies, procedures, and training for consistent implementation across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 8 or more years of experience in packaging compliance, regulatory affairs, or related fields, preferably in beauty or CPG
• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of global packaging regulations, including EPR, PPWR, and materials restrictions
• Experience in developing and implementing packaging compliance programs and policies
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex regulatory initiatives across functions
