Driving patient recruitment strategies, the full-time salaried Senior Manager, Paid Media will lead the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms to enhance qualified patient acquisition for a multi-site clinical research network, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize paid media strategy across clinical trial protocols and site locations
- Manage campaign structure, bidding strategies, and budget pacing on platforms like Google Ads and Meta
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with patient enrollment goals and ensure accurate performance tracking
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 7+ years of experience in managing and scaling paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
