Job Summary

Owning the paid media program, the full-time Senior Manager, Paid Media will manage a $5M+ annual budget, lead a growing team, and drive strategy and execution across various platforms in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and lead a team of paid media contractors, transitioning them to full-time hires and expanding the team within the first year
  • Plan and manage the paid media strategy and budget across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Oversee agencies and contractors, ensuring alignment with the strategy and accountability for performance outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B paid media, managing budgets of $5-10M+, with at least 2+ years in a team management role
  • Deep expertise in paid social platforms and familiarity with Google Ads, DSP, and DOOH
  • Proven experience in managing agencies and contractors, including writing briefs and setting KPIs
  • Experience building paid media infrastructure, including attribution models and reporting systems
  • Demonstrated use of AI in paid media for optimization and performance analysis
