Job Summary
Leading the charge in performance marketing, the full-time Senior Manager, Paid Search will own and execute paid search strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads, driving affiliate commerce and consumer acquisition while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the overall paid search strategy and develop scalable growth plans balancing revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Oversee execution and optimization of paid search campaigns, establishing testing frameworks and monitoring performance metrics
- Mentor team members and manage cross-functional collaborations to communicate performance trends and strategic priorities to senior leadership
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in paid search, performance marketing, or growth marketing
- Deep expertise managing campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing and performance analytics
- Experience utilizing generative AI tools for reporting and optimization
- Demonstrated success scaling paid search programs through testing and optimization
