Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Paid Social.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels, managing budgets to drive customer acquisition and efficiency
- Monitor and optimize campaign, audience, and creative performance; scale winners and address underperformance
- Lead experimentation across audiences, creative, messaging, and bidding to drive continuous performance improvement
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid social growth
- Deep expertise managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) at scale, with ROAS/CPA pressure
- Experience managing TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other paid social channels
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with attribution models and performance data
- Proven ability to manage and optimize large paid media budgets
