Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Paid Social.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels, managing budgets to drive customer acquisition and efficiency
  • Monitor and optimize campaign, audience, and creative performance; scale winners and address underperformance
  • Lead experimentation across audiences, creative, messaging, and bidding to drive continuous performance improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid social growth
  • Deep expertise managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) at scale, with ROAS/CPA pressure
  • Experience managing TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other paid social channels
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with attribution models and performance data
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize large paid media budgets
