Job Summary

Leading the execution of paid social programs across major platforms, the full-time Senior Manager, Paid Social Marketing will manage strategy, optimization, and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns, managing setup, targeting, and optimization
  • Lead and develop a direct report, fostering a culture of accountability and curiosity within the team
  • Build and maintain a structured testing roadmap to optimize creative, audiences, and bidding strategies
Required qualifications
  • Minimum five years of paid social experience, including two years in a management role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record managing seven- or eight-figure paid social budgets with measurable results
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with knowledge of additional platforms
  • Fluency with analytics and attribution tools, such as GA4, Looker, or Tableau; SQL knowledge is a plus
