Senior Manager, Parcel Operations

Job Summary

Leading the strategic vision for parcel delivery, the full-time Senior Manager, Parcel Experience will manage high-profile brand partnerships, oversee the parcel lifecycle, and drive systemic improvements in delivery operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Executive Business Reviews with high-profile brand partners, presenting parcel performance and strategic roadmaps
• Oversee the parcel lifecycle, driving improvements in delivery speed, reliability, and unit economics
• Serve as the escalation point for complex parcel operational issues, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve challenges

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years in parcel logistics, supply chain management, or transportation consulting with a focus on customer-facing leadership
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, or Business preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust with C-suite stakeholders
• Expert-level ability to analyze large datasets and provide strategic recommendations using BI tools
• Familiarity with WMS, OMS, and TMS systems and their integration into post-purchase consumer experiences
