Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Participant Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and oversee the participant support framework for clinical development programs
  • Design and deliver scalable training curricula for dosing session monitors and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Monitor quality and fidelity of participant support through systematic reviews and feedback mechanisms
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in psychology, nursing, social work, counseling, or a related mental health discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in clinical research in psychiatry, neurology, or CNS drug development
  • Demonstrated experience in developing training curricula and competency assessment frameworks
  • Thorough understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial conduct requirements
  • Experience working with CROs or external service providers preferred
