Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set the strategy for acquiring new commercial partners for the company across North America
  • Build and manage a team of Partner Business Development Managers to execute partner acquisition strategy
  • Lead the partnership process for the most strategic and complex partnerships as a player/coach

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of people management experience and 4+ years of experience in Partner Sales, Partner Acquisition, or Business/Corporate Development
  • Closing experience is a must
  • Comfortable with financial modeling and technology landscape understanding, with HCM and Payroll tech experience as a plus
