Senior Manager, Partner Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enablement programs, including onboarding and training initiatives for partners
• Design role-based onboarding experiences and deliver ongoing training on product updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to create enablement materials and manage program effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel programs, or technical marketing within SaaS or cloud environments
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and enablement tools (PRM, LMS)
• Proven ability to design scalable enablement programs and manage multiple projects
• Ability to leverage data to measure program success and inform decisions
