Key Responsibilities

• Support Business Development Directors in managing bank partnership opportunities across the Americas
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of partner deliverables
• Monitor partner performance against agreed goals, surfacing insights and opportunities for growth

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development in financial services or fintech
• Experience working with banks or financial institutions across the Americas
• Strong organizational and project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Familiarity with stablecoins, digital assets, or blockchain infrastructure preferred
• Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management best practices preferred
