Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead co-marketing strategies for alliance partners, aligning with global demand and sales priorities
• Oversee co-marketing campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable pipeline impact
• Manage and mentor a team of Partner Marketers, building frameworks and templates for partner co-marketing execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or product management in the high-tech or IT sector
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams
• Proficiency with CRM applications, preferably Salesforce
• Track record of successful partner marketing program execution with measurable results
