Job Summary
Owning the operational rhythm and execution quality of AMS Global Partner & Channels, the full-time Senior Manager, Partner Operations will ensure consistent forecasting, deal reviews, and performance management practices while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of forecasting, deal management, and performance management practices across teams
- Coordinate and audit weekly forecast submissions, ensuring data integrity and timely submissions
- Monitor pipeline health and provide consolidated operational views to hub leadership
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in sales operations or revenue operations roles at scale
- 3+ years of experience overseeing forecasting processes and deal management across multiple teams
- Deep expertise in sales forecasting, deal review processes, and pipeline health
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven ability to influence teams and drive process adoption without direct authority
