Job Summary

Senior Manager Partner Oversight is a full-time position responsible for managing partner oversight engagements, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance partner governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive effectiveness and quality of external partner acquisition oversight programs
• Provide strategic input into the development and implementation of governance and oversight programs
• Analyze competitive intelligence to identify strengths and gaps in relation to industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in the payments industry, with knowledge of the merchant business preferred
• Oversight management experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to provide leadership and influence at various levels within a matrix-managed environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
