Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in the payments industry, with knowledge of the merchant business preferred
• Oversight management experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to provide leadership and influence at various levels within a matrix-managed environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize complex projects
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
