Senior Manager, Partner Solutions

Job Summary

To drive technical excellence across a global partner network, the full-time Senior Manager, Partner Solutions will lead and develop a high-performing team of Partner Solutions Architects while engaging with executive-level partners in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a global team by recruiting, retaining, and coaching Partner Solutions Architects to drive measurable partner impact
• Engage with senior leaders to strengthen technical interlock and drive joint business success through executive-level partner relationships
• Develop structured enablement programs to ensure partners are technically proficient and capable of delivering solutions independently

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Partner Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineering within a global SaaS or cloud security organization
• Proven track record of recruiting and developing a globally distributed team of Partner Solutions Architects
• Strong technical leadership skills with hands-on experience in cloud security technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives and partner leaders
• Deep understanding of partner ecosystems including GSIs, CSPs, and managed services
