Job Summary
To drive technical excellence across a global partner network, the full-time Senior Manager, Partner Solutions will lead a distributed team of Partner Solutions Architects, engaging with executive-level partners and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing global team of Partner Solutions Architects to drive measurable partner impact
- Engage with senior leaders to strengthen technical alignment and drive joint business success
- Develop structured enablement programs that equip partners to confidently deliver cloud security solutions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Partner Solutions Architecture or similar roles within a global SaaS or cloud security organization
- Proven track record of recruiting and developing a globally distributed team
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, including GSIs, CSPs, and SIs
- Strong technical leadership skills with hands-on experience in cloud security technologies
- Operational acumen with experience in driving accountability using metrics and systems
