Senior Manager, Partner Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Partner Initiatives & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of high-priority programs, aligning stakeholders and driving execution
• Act as a thought partner to cross-functional leaders, ensuring programs are structured for clarity and impact
• Develop and own executive-level communications and strategic readouts for senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategic program management, partner strategy, or business transformation
• Experience designing and scaling programs in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Deep familiarity with the partnerships landscape, including SIs, ISVs, and Hyperscalers
• Ability to influence outcomes across senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and execution across diverse teams
