Senior Manager Parts Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Regional Parts Support for the Western US.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and logistical support for forward-stocked inventory across branches
• Manage regional inventory movements and maintain alignment with warehouse management processes
• Support the execution of the regional warehouse strategy and partner with various teams to standardize processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in parts operations, branch/warehouse management, or regional operations support
• Experience in HVAC, aftermarket parts, or multi-branch service organizations preferred
• Proficiency with ERP, WMS, or inventory systems such as SAP
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring KPIs and driving corrective actions
