Job Summary
Driving enterprise-scale transformation, the full-time remote Senior Manager - Patient Access will oversee a portfolio of patient services technology initiatives, focusing on CRM modernization, digital engagement, and operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage patient services technology initiatives, ensuring successful program execution across multiple workstreams
- Define and execute strategic transformation roadmaps for Patient Access & Reimbursement technology capabilities
- Serve as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to develop and implement Patient Services CRM strategies
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of program management experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of program management experience
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Patient Services and Patient Access operations
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale technology transformation programs
- Expertise in program management and strategic roadmap development
- Experience with Salesforce platforms, including Life Sciences Cloud and Service Cloud
